Directed by psychotherapist Dr. Martha Ines Leiva Meza, who was awarded the Award for Best Research Work in November 2017 for her dedication to research at both the national and international levels, contributing to the generation of knowledge in the health sciences.

Currently more than 37 years old, the institution has received numerous awards. In 2016, it won the EUREKA WORLD SCIENCE PRIZE in the “RESPONSIBLE INSTITUTION” category for its outstanding community service, awarded by the World Council of University Academics and Researchers (COMAU). It has strategic partners and is a member of recognized global organizations dedicated to promoting human development.

The World Organization for Child Education, Stimulation and Development (OMEEDI) awards the 2019 WORLD CHILDREN’S PRIZE in the INSTITUTIONAL category.

Dr. JUAN CARLOS LEIVA PIMENTEL

Forensic Medical Expert, Colonel SPNP (R), professor, with Master’s studies in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences at UNFV.

Master’s degree in Criminology and Forensic Sciences from the UAP, training in Medical Audit, Criminalistics Expertise, Crime Scene Investigation, and Forensic Identification from the PNP Criminalistics School, Specialization courses in the Investigation of Crimes against Life, Body, and Health – Homicides from ESINCRI – DIRINCRI, and Forensic Anthropology from the Universities of Alcalá de Henares and Granada in Spain.
